After we work through your manuscript, and we feel it is ready for publication, the next step would be to find and hire a Literary Agent. In Charleston, fiction authors have many to choose from. I have placed a few here, but these are not the only ones.
Agents works with authors and give guidance on how to get published, which publishing companies might be interested in the book, and marketing tools needed to get the book sold to the public.
For authors who wish to self-publish, an agent is not a necessity. Below are some helpful places to look for those who wish to go down this route. Again, these are just a few and are by no means the only options.
